Why are some of the buttons not working on my calculator?

Why are some of the buttons not working on my calculator?

Ill push buttons on my calcualator and they wont work. I’ve tried pressing the reset button on the back, and I can even do 2nd 714 because my 7 button doeasnt work. What do I do?
