Why does my JBL Go 2 switch off within 3 seconds of turning it on?

Why does my JBL Go 2 switch off within 3 seconds of turning it on? It's relatively new speaker. Just two weeks after purchase, when I try to switch on the power, it gives its start up sound and switches off within three seconds. Is there any solution? Yes the device is fully charged.

I have solved the same problem just now: I have connected it to the charge and the red light turned on, than I pressed at the same time the bluetooth and the “+” volume buttons for about 10 seconds and the red light switched off despite the charging. Finally I pressed the Power button and It started working as usual

I had this issue as well, none of the other online forums I read were helpful, so I took to YouTube. None of the videos were helpful either until I randomly read a comment on one of the videos saying to spam the power button, and voila. I hope this helps!"

"oh yeah! none of the techniques worked so i just jammed the power button a lot. still nothing…. put to charge and hold power+bt+volume up for 15-20sec… nothing changed for the red light stayed pressed on power for like 20sec. and the redlight finally got off! and bing started like nothing never happened!
