Why have they become too quiet

Why have they become too quiet Was going for a walk earlier and they suddenly they just got very quiet even with the volume all the way up. Even when on the highest volume setting they only play at a very low volume compared to before they did this.

"What i did to fix mine was remove the ear buds and take something to scrape off the ear wax. Also then remove the little black mesh because ear wax gets behind it and the glue they use basically cements the wax behind the mesh. Clean the inside then try your best to put the black mesh back on. If you cant i dont think it is very necessary.

Try to switch equalizer. meybe you exidently changed setups… in hbs-900 it can be set by doublepress of a play button
