Why is my device not charging?

Why is my device not charging? When I plug my charging adapter into my Garmin Nuiv 2689LMT and connect it to the car it is not powering on. What should I do?

2 things bay be causing your issue:

The battery itself

The charger you are using.

Try it with a different charger, and/or take the device inside and plug it into the wall. If it works, it was your charger.
