2010 suburban electrical ground issues and battery draining.

2010 suburban electrical ground issues and battery draining. it started dec 22 first issue was the “read access door open” was on my dash, and i check the rear door and its closed. while driving, my auto lock door keeps on locking and it wont stop. now the battery died. do u have any idea what is causing this?
