A black screen and no sound!

A black screen and no sound!

A couple of days ago my tv had suddenly received a black screen,but i was still able to hear sound. I decided to turn on the tv again and now i cannot even hear a sound upon starting my ps4. I tried unplugging the tv and holding the power button for 30 seconds and plugging it back in because i have heard that it would solve the issue,yet still the problem is here. Anyone know of a way to fix this issue?
