Alternative repair for ear hook

Alternative repair for ear hook
So I I’ve my beats head phones for some time now and the ear hook as broken off. I’ve found plenty of how to videos on replacing the ear hooks but I don’t have or have access to any of the equipment needed to repair them. Is there an alternative fix? I’ve seen some slip on ear. Hooks for other brands but haven’t seen one for these.
