Coolant leak between right most head gasket and the gasket next to it

Coolant leak between right most head gasket and the gasket next to it I have coolant bubbling up while the engine is running from a small rubber flap next to the right most gasket. I'm unsure what the piece is called, and a Google search gives me nothing.
