defrost water is leaking inside of my GE refrigerator

defrost water is leaking inside of my GE refrigerator my GE refrigerator’s water from the defrost cycle I think is leaking thru the screw that holds the base of the rack because between the rack base it can be seen the rusty water and deposits under the baskets at the floor(inside of the unit).

"Hi @davidmachado26 ,

Most refrigerators have a drain tube from the freezer section down to an evaporator pan under the fridge to collect the defrost melt water and allow it to evaporate there, usually with the help of a heating element.

Check that is is not blocked or obstructed somehow.

Search online for "" GE (insert model number) parts"" to get results for suppliers that have online diagrams of the parts to the fridge, which might show where the drain hose is located."
