Double image and horizontal lines on 55 inch LG UHD 4 k Smart tv

@mdp123 that sounds like a bad panel. Horizontal lines are almost always caused by a bad LCD display. Sometimes it can happen when the LCD driver board fails other times its the panel itself. Double images itself can be caused by a bad T-Con board, but never horizontal lines. We would need to see what your TV shows. Post some good pictures with your QUESTION.
