Either no picture or no pboblem at all

Either no picture or no pboblem at all With just 5 months out of warranty our UHD series 8 8500 has started to create no picture at all on start up. Sound is not affected. Sometimes with multiple on/off cycles the picture will return and remain perfect. ANSWERS:
