Freezer in refrigerator not defrosting

Freezer in refrigerator not defrosting I have a Kenmore Refrigerator Model 2537419240B. It won't defrost. I put a new defrost timer, defrost thermostat & checked the heater & it's ok. It still won't defrost. What else could it be?
