Fridge & freezer are both cool but not cold.

Fridge & freezer are both cool but not cold. I have a 2 door fridge GE serial # HZ 418478. The temp is 57 degrees. Fridge & freezer are both cool but not cold. I took back panel off & condenser coils were filthy and no air could get out. I cleaned it but its still not cold. Could one of the motors be bad now for overworking when the coils were dirty & clogged?
