GE Profile refrigerator won’t cool

GE Profile refrigerator won’t cool I have an older GE Profile side by side refrigerator. Neither the fridge nor the freezer are cooling as before. On Sunday they were at 35 degrees and zero respectively. Yesterday they spiked to 50 and 37 degrees. Any ideas?
