Green power light stuck on, no picture or sound on TV.

I have a 3 year old LG TV model 65LB5200 LED TV. For the last 3 months it has been slow to turn on. Green power light comes on, yet it was taking longer and longer to come on. Last week, turned TV on-Green power light came on, but no picture or sound ever came on.
