High Pitched noise from this Display – Is there a way to fix it?

High Pitched noise from this Display – Is there a way to fix it? I’ve had this display (Samsung 34” Wide screen) for 3 years, and now it has started to emit a high pitched noise. It’s so uncomfortable that I can’t work properly. I also have tinitus, which makes it worse… :(

"I was facing the same issue on my Samsung monitor and was able to solve using the following:

In the monitor settings change the response time to “Standard”. This worked like a charm.

Another thing which was able to solve it temporarily was to turn on Energy saver mode to “high” but after the first step, nothing else is required.

I don’t have a Samsung monitor, but I had the same issue with my Acer one. I solved it by going to the monitor settings and setting the audio to 0. Hope that helped!
