issue with my compressor getting hot and my freezer is cooling

issue with my compressor getting hot and my freezer is cooling Im having a issue with my compressor getting hot and my freezer is cooling but the fan is not running,can someone tell me what could cause this,even though i change the temperture control,relay and defrost heater,im having an issue with the compressor running properly as well
