LG Refrigerator IS error on LMXS30776S

LG Refrigerator IS error on LMXS30776S MY LG refrigerator dispenses water into the ice tray, freezes the ice and then tilts the tray but does not complete the process of dumping the ice. Eventually it gives me an Error 15 and when I do a diagnostics test on it shows an Error IS.

According to the service manual(p.109) if you do the ice maker diagnosis test (sect13.3.2) then FULL means that the ice detecting sensor is faulty

This is from the manual:

If ETY is shown on the display after the procedure above, Ice-detecting sensor is normal.

If FULL is shown on the display after the procedure above, Ice-detecting sensor is abnormal.

ETY = empty

Since you have tested that the sensor is OK these are the other possibilities according to the manual:

Cap duct bad sealing

Defective thermal sensor in the icemaker compartment

Not cold icemaker compartment area (sealed system)"
