Micro Usb port for my wireless headset is not working.
I have the same (similar?) problem with a JVC wireless headset, and I know the cause. The USB port is damaged. The damage is visible. Some of the pins inside are broken or missing. So I need to replace the port. What tools do I need to take yhe damaged one out and replace it with a new one?

You will need smd (surface mounted device) soldering tools (hot air gun, soldering iron, solder wick, pliers, solder, appropriate screwdriver etc), smd soldering skills and a compatible micro USB connector to do the repair.
I cannot find a teardown video for your headphones so you will have to work out how to open them to access the micro USB port so that it can be replaced.
Here’s a video that shows in general terms how to replace a smd type USB connector that may help.
Also be aware that not all micro USB connectors are the same, so you will have to search for one that is compatible with the circuit board. The connector pins that are connected to the board will be the same but the mounting lugs from the USB’s case that are soldered to the board to give it some mechanical strength and not to have all the strain placed on the pins can be located at different places on the case and the circuit board will be designed for a particular one.
Here’s is a link to a supplier that may help. As you can see from the images the lugs on the outside of the case are located in different places.
If doing all this yourself seems too daunting, take your headset to a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote. They have the tools, the expertise and most probably a compatible micro USB connector to do the repair.
