Microwave not working properly. Any suggestions?

Microwave not working properly. Any suggestions? My GE model #jnm1541dm2bb started acting up yesterday. It’s slow to start and when it comes on the motor make a Grindy sound and the turntable is slow to turn. It still heats food fine. Any suggestions? ANSWERS:
