Mouse not moving cursor, but can click and scroll

Mouse not moving cursor, but can click and scroll I recently bought a TedGem mouse and it worked for a month and now it doesn’t move the cursor but can click and scroll. I’ve tried deleting the HID-Compliant mouse from the device manager but it didn’t work.
