My right earphone doesn’t work on bluetooth on the e45bt jbl
When I’m using the aux cable, the headphone works fine. But whenever I use it wireless, the left earphone works but the right one just plays a static noise.

"Hi @lordthoth ,

Not quite sure with your model but on a lot of headphones audio outputs from laptops etc the aux port connector has internal contacts that break the audio away from one connection and switch it to the other e.g. in a laptop it diverts the audio from the main speakers in the laptop to the headphones when a cable is inserted.

The same principle may apply with your headset.

Without an aux cable inserted the audio from the BT is passed through the aux port to the speakers. When the aux cable is inserted the contacts in the aux port change over so that the audio from the BT is disconnected and the audio from the cable is connected.

You may have a faulty aux port connector contact in the port or a faulty aux port connection on the board which affects the right speaker.

This link may help to explain it better than I can.

If it is in the socket then these sockets cannot be repaired. They have to be replaced.

Here’s a link to a video that shows how to open your headphones.

It is useful as you can use it to gain access to the aux port connector so that you can test the connections.

If it is a faulty connector then the hard part will be finding the exact replacement part, that is compatible with the board in the headphones. Here’s a link that may be of some help. Select Phone Connectors > 3.5mm (1/8th In) > Jack (female) to hopefully find one.

It may also be an SMD (surface mounted device) type component, so you’ll need SMD soldering skills and tools to effect the repair,"
