My Samsung Syncmaster 204bw flickers on DVI, but not VGA. (Read Desc.)

My Samsung Syncmaster 204bw flickers on DVI, but not VGA. (Read Desc.) Both of my Syncmaster 204bw’s flicker at random when on DVI, but not on VGA. None of the capacitors are visibly bulging and the video board seems ok. I really don’t have the money to buy new monitors right now, so I would really appreciate some help!
