My signal lights don't work all the time.

My signal lights don't work all the time. My signal lights do not work all the time. I have checked every fuse in the fuse box and they are good. I checked all the fuses up under the hood and they are good. I noticed that at night the signals will work sometimes but as soon as I turn the headlights on they stop working.
