My Televesion is 2 years old Picture failed. How to get it repaired.
My Sony Bravia television Model KLV323X350 is out of order. Picture was jumping and later on, no picture on screen. TV is 2 1/2 years old. How to get it repaired

sankarmandal5661 Sony uses the power LED as a troubleshooting light. Let us know if your power LED blinks and if so, how often. You also need to let us know if you have sound and if you have tried all different input sources like HDMI, Coax etc. After that you may have to remove the back of your TV. Check all the boards for obvious damage like charred, missing components or domed leaking capacitors etc. Post some good images of all your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. You will need a multimeter to check power outputs etc. If you follow the troubleshooting guide and no backlight turns on then the most likely failure is your B-board (main board)
