My touchscreen is lifting from the case. How do I glue it back down?

My touchscreen is lifting from the case. How do I glue it back down? The digitizer touchscreen on my Gear 2 watch has started to come loose allowing dirt and water to get inside. How do I get the old adhesive out and how do I glue it back down securely?
