My vent hose was getting current sent through it and caught fire.

My vent hose was getting current sent through it and caught fire.

So my vent exhaust hose was sparking and electrified when I closed the door and the dryer started. The hose caught fire and before I got it unplugged I could see a growing orange glow right at where the hose connects to the dryer
