panasonic th-42px75u clicks once then on release 3 clicks

Hi I have a panasonic th-42px75u and when I attempt to power on the device it clicks once when the power button is pushed. then clicks 3 times when the power button is released. Where should I start with my diagnosis of which board needs replaced. The clicking sounds as if it is coming from the power supply. The only sign of life in the device is a constant red standby light.
