Is the TV’s Standby Power LED light on, you didn’t say?

If it is on does if give a blink error code when you try to turn on the TV, you didn’t say?

Here’s an image of the No Power troubleshooting flowchart and the Power LED blinking timing chart taken from the TV’s service manual which may be a start to find out what is wrong with the TV.
