Purple vertical line on Bravia X850F 2018 model

Purple vertical line on Bravia X850F 2018 model This 65inch tv is just under two years old … the other day this vertical line has appeared and wont go away. I have unplugged everything and even factory restored … still appearing on the screen … does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thank you! ANSWERS:
