Random misfire changed the spark plugs

Random misfire changed the spark plugs Sensor reads "random misfire".changed out the spark plugs worked better still really rough though.then it went back to the way it was before .sounds like it's running on 1 cylinder.this happened all the sudden.what should I do.think there was some oil in the gallery where the spark plugs go
