Some Pc Windows look grey
I just bought a Philips 55pos9002/12 and every other page I open in Chrome or Firefox is either totally grey or perfectly normal. Youtube videos play in perfect color but opening a Google page is a grey looking mess. I need help here or I'm going to have to return the TV back to the guy who sold it to me. Also if I open a Google page and bring a Youtube window on top of the Google page it gets clearly brighter. Any suggestions or help here? I'm yet to try a different computer hooked up to it but I will tomorrow. Thanks.

Check if the software in the TV is the latest version i.e.107.001.140000. Click on Manuals & Documentation > Software and Drivers > Installation Instructions to see what to do.
Try connecting your mobile phone to the TV (see p.27 of the user manual) and check if it works OK, just in case the problem is your computer or a compatibility issue between it and the TV."
