"@gsparks the very first place to start troubleshooting this will be the power supply. Unplug the set and remove the back cover. Then, without touching anything, do a visual inspection of the board. Check for obvious damaged components like domed or leaking caps. Post some pictures of all of your boards with your question., that will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide for this.

Check if the voltages are present when you power on your TV. Make sure that you only touch the wires with your probe. Do not touch anything on the board with your fingers :-) Voltmeter to DC voltage red probe to wire black probe to ground."
