TV went Black after 1s but with sound

Hi, I have a Samsung ln65b650x1fxza. Recently, the TV will have an image for 1s after turning on. Then it goes all black. But when I shine a light and look at it at an angle, you will see the image barely with sound. Can you let me know if this is related to the backlight inverter?
