Vertical Lines issues but not the Tcon Board

Vertical Lines issues but not the Tcon Board Powers on just fine, switches inputs, but these vertical lines continue to appear. I did swap the T-con board with the same results. No capacitors seem blown, I have “jiggled” every ribbon cable I have access to see if it alters the vertical lines, but no luck. I just cannot figure this one out! ANSWERS:
