Volume not working / Remote volume buttons turns off tv
My Samsung Series 6 (6000) 50 inch volume does not work. The television does not have any buttons for volume so I have to use the remote.

"We had the same issue with our remote for our Samsung TV. We chatted with Samsung online and this is what they had us do and it worked for us. Good luck!
1. Take batteries out of remote or remotes and push all buttons on the remote once or more. Wait 20 seconds and put batteries back in.
2. Turn off TV and unplug from power for 60 seconds. Plug back in.
3. Update software. Go to Menu, support and software update.
Good luck. Our remotes worked after doing this."
Mine is all the buttons will turn off and on my tv.mine is samsung tv also.please help.i tried the remote app but it doesnt work also.
