What is causing total sound distortion right/left on both A/B

What is causing total sound distortion right/left on both A/B My receiver fell off my table and hit the wooden floor nothing broke anywhere on the receiver but now has total sound distortion coming threw all the FRONT LEFT/RIGHT,AND REARS,CENTER LINE SPEAKERS ON BOTH A AND B SIDES... ANSWERS:
