When turning on my Sanyo fw65d25t , red led light blinks but no pictu

When turning on my Sanyo fw65d25t , red led light blinks but no pictu Sanyo fw65d25t .. when turning on, the LED light will blink about 10 times but no picture will come on. Put a new main board in , no change .. tv was hit with lightning surge that came in Thru the video input .. any advice? ANSWERS:
