Why amber light on my Apple TV 1gen?

Why amber light on my Apple TV 1gen? I have 2 Apple TV 1, one works and the other does not . I exchanged the hard drive, battery , power supply , and one only have amber light. no picture, no sound. The second Is Perfect. What do you recommend to me ? ANSWERS:
