Why do my earbuds disconnect after 45 seconds?

Why do my earbuds disconnect after 45 seconds? My earbuds connect to my phone, and are able to play audio for about 45 seconds before they turnoff. I am able to turn them back on after this, but then they disconnect and power down again. How do I fix this? ANSWERS:
