Why don’t my beats work wirelessly?

Why don’t my beats work wirelessly?
I’m almost guaranteed that my beats won’t work wirelessly due to slight water damage, I wore them in the rain and a few days later they just wouldn’t turn on or connect. They only work with the cable with my iPhone.
