Why is 85% of my M3D550KDE Solarized and 15% is perfect.

Why is 85% of my M3D550KDE Solarized and 15% is perfect. The is it with pure black, blue solarization appears in people’s mouth and nose and anywhere else on the screen (except for the 15% working normally). ANSWERS:
