Why is my '08 Patriot not starting properly?

Why is my '08 Patriot not starting properly? I have a used 2008 Jeep Patriot that won’t start properly UNLESS I pop the hood and reset the instrument cluster fuse in the fuse box. All I have to do is take the fuse out, put it back in, and the Jeep starts fine. Any ideas why?

@zta errors like that are really hard to pinpoint. I suggest you get the OBD scanned. Places like Autozone do it for free. It may be a code that does not trigger the Check Engine light to come on but Jeep had issues with their TIPM boxes in those years. . Get it scanned let us know what you find out.
