Why is my charging port stuck inside the speaker?

Why is my charging port stuck inside the speaker?

So I dropped my speaker the other day, and the charging section of the speaker (the micro usb and the aux port) fell back into the speaker. I can not see a way to disassemble the speaker and I would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.
