Why is my JBL Tune 500 BT's not pairing to my computer?

Why is my JBL Tune 500 BT's not pairing to my computer? It glows white but then turns blue. I checked all of the electronics in my house. None of them have Bluetooth on. I tried to reset it but it won’t reset. (IT ISN’T A JBL EVEREST ELITE 750 N, IT IS ACTUALLY A JBL TUNE 500 BT.) ANSWERS:
