Why is my pioneer MVH-1400NEX screen black?

Why is my pioneer MVH-1400NEX screen black? The screen is black and won’t turn on. The battery was dead for a bit and then I installed a new battery. The head unit is brand new still and only used a few times before battery went dead. | |
