Why is my vape spitting liquid in my mouth and also leaking?

Why is my vape spitting liquid in my mouth and also leaking? My vape keeps on spitting, throwing back liquid into my mouth, and when I press the button to vape, liquid pours out of my air flow holes. Any answers on how to fix these? My tank I use is an Aspire Cleito 120. answers:
