Why screen turn to blue for a couples second?

Why screen turn to blue for a couples second? I have a Samsung CS29Z57MQ. Screen turn to blue colour a while,then back to normal.if tv is stays on for couples hours,the screen will always be like that.almost at every 15 seconds it will happen.How can i fix it?Thank you very much. ANSWERS:
