Why won't my power Windows work?

Why won't my power Windows work? I have a 1999 jeep grand Cherokee with the v8 engine and none of my Windows will go up or down. The power locks on the drivers side doesn't work but the power locks on the passengers side does work. My sunroof works also. Can someone please give me some helpful advice on what's wrong and how to fix it. Thanks.
