"The measure of the intercepted arc of the inscribed angle is equal to 2 times the degree of the inscribed angle.

Example:

Inscribed angle: 90°

Intercepted arc: 90°(2) = 180°

Similarly if the given is the degree of the intercepted arc, then the degree of the inscribed angle is 1/2 the intercepted arc.

Example:

Intercepted arc: 120°

Inscribed angle: 120°(1/2) = 60°"
